Stone Mason Super Proseal is a dry polymer modified, cement-based, extremely smooth coating designed specifically for use in potable water catchment and containment systems. It can be used on concrete, masonry, stone, stucco surfaces to dampproof and decorate in one operation. It fills minor surface textures and masks colour variations but will not hide mortar joints. Super Proseal forms a smooth, durable finish which does not hold dirt and is easily cleaned with warm water and detergent. It has a breathable finish preventing penetration of wind driven rain yet allows moisture vapour to escape without disrupting or blistering the finish. Super Proseal does not soften when submerged in water nor with repeated wet/dry cycles. Being a cement-based material a coating of Super Proseal provides an additional alkaline barrier to carbonation and the resulting corrosion of the reinforcing steel. Super Proseal is mildew resistant, does not support fungus nor bacterial growth. It is non-combustible and will not contribute to flame spread or generate smoke. The smooth surface is extremely resistant to abrasion and has excellent durability.

Use on any properly prepared concrete, stone, or stucco surface, may be used in contact with water for human consumption, use for a smooth finish on cistern and tank linings in potable water systems, use for a smooth, easily applied and maintained surface for swimming pools use for a smooth finish on vertical, overhead and horizontal non-traffic bearing surfaces as in pools or cistern floors, sills, lintels, parking garages, etc. Also can be used to back-coat precast or tilt-up panels to prevent moisture penetration and dampness, and can be used as a base coat over U-Seal, Stone Mason Plaster Mix, stucco, shot-crete, prior to the application of Weatherguard, Textureguard, or Last-O-Guard, use as a block filler by mixing with Weatherguard, use as a smooth basecoat before the installation of Weatherguard, Textureguard or Last-O-Guard.

The consumer shall satisfy themselves of the suitability of this product for the intended purpose. Weather, applicator's skill and surface conditions are beyond manufacturer's control. We, therefore, limit our liability to replacement of defective material only, within one year of proof of purchase.
