Magic Sand polymer modified sand for pavement joints is a high-tech mix of graded sand and polymer binders, specially formulated for the filling of narrow or wide joints when installing pavers or slabs. Unlike regular sand, it stays in place and remains stable. Magic Sand effectively resists erosion caused by rain, frost, wind, suction etc. In addition, it prevents insect infestation and weed growth. It is ideal to stabilize horizontal or sloping works such as driveways, patios, pool decks, pedestrian ways, roadways, airport traffic areas, etc. Remaining flexible, it obeys movements of pavers or slabs without cracking. Easy to use, Magic Sand is applied dry and hardens after wetting.
