DIRECTIONS:
Dig post hole deeper than frost line, and use Instant
Post Cement only when temperature is above 5°C (40°F).
Determine hole diameter and depth. Consult project
chart to determine how many bags of cement are needed.
FOR
BEST RESULTS
- Follow
step by step directions.
- use
1 gallon/3.78 litres of clean water for each 40lb. (18.1
kg) bag.
- Water
required may vary due to soil consistency.
- Holes
should be dug below frost line.
- Hot
weather will slightly shorten set time. Cool weather will
lengthen the time need to set.
- Temperature
should be 5°C (40°F) or higher.
APPLICATION
STEPS
- Empty
3/4 of required amount of water into post hole.
- Pour
the required amount of cement into the post hole in a circular
motion around the post to achieve consistent blending. Then
tamp mixture.
- Using
a level, adjust the post to desired alignment and tamp to
set post. Instant Post Cement will set in approximately
10 minutes.
Use 1
gallon (3.78 litres) clean water per 40 lb. (18kg) bag. Yield
.398 cubic feet.
