WARRANTY
The consumer shall satisfy themselves of the suitability of this product for the intended purpose. Weather, applicator's skill and surface conditions are beyond manufacturer's control. We, therefore, limit our liability to replacement of defective material only, within one year of proof of purchase.

Application Guide

Surface Preparation:Apply only to a clean surface. For best adhesion, the insulation board surface should be etched with a stiff or wire brush prior to application of Stone Mason Instant Foundation Insulation Coating.

Mixing: Mix 50 lbs. (22.7 kg) with 1 gallon (3.78 litres) of clean water. Mix thoroughly until a brushable consistency is achieved and let stand for 5 minutes then remix.

Application: Apply with a brush onto the insulation board to approximately 1/16" (.15 cm) thickness. For a thicker appearance, and a more durable result, a second coat may be applied after 1 hour.

Temperature: Do not apply when temperature is expected to fall below 40°F (5°C).

Wise Tips:

  • Mix with a power mixer to ensure a proper mix.
  • For best adhesion the insulation board surface should be etched with a stiff or wire brush prior to application.
  • Weather should be warm and rain free for 24 hours.
