A special blend of asphalt and solvents
together with asbestos-free reinforcing fibre. Complies with
CGSB 37-GP-8.

ADVANTAGES
A unique combination of adhesion-promoters
and waterproofing components; enhances adhesion to substrate;
resists ponding water; improves longevity; and can be applied
in cold temperatures. Internal
reinforcment, provides the ability to bridge and fill cracks,
coat 'alligatored' roofs without a seperate reinforcing membrane,
helps to resist abrasion and scuffing.

Apply at a minimum coverage rate of 1 litre/0.8m2

WARRANTY
The consumer shall satisfy themselves of the suitability of this product for
the intended purpose. Weather, applicator's skill and surface conditions are
beyond manufacturer's control. We, therefore, limit our liability to replacement
of defective material only, within one year of proof of purchase.

Application
Guide

|
Preparation:
Remove all loose dirt, dust, heavy accumulations of
bitumen, and foreign material from the roof with brooms,
water, air, vacuum or any combination necessary for
sufficient cleaning.
Locate
and repair all defects.
Cover
drains and vents to prevent clogging and interior damage.
Prime
the roof surface with Black
Knight Roof Seal Primer at a minimum rate 2.5 m2/litre
(1 gallon/100 sq.ft.).
Allow
roof surface to dry.
Application:
Brush or spray apply a uniform coating onto the roof
surface. Allow surface to cure.
