SURFACE PREPARATION: Surfaces to receive Foundation Coating must be dry and free from grease, oil, loose or spalled material. Concrete surfaces must be free from cracks, fins, pits, honeycomb or other surface irregularities. To provide a smooth even surface, masonry surfaces should receive a cement parge coat prior to application of Foundation Coating.

APPLICATION: Apply a uniform, continuous brush or spray coating over the entire surface. Subsequent coatings may be applied after the first coat is dry.

Allow coatings to dry thoroughly before backfilling.

Protect the cured coating from damage during backfilling, with fibre protection-board or sand fill.

LIMITATIONS: Do not use where hydrostatic pressure exists. Do not apply to wet surfaces. Do not apply in rain or if rain is expected within four hours of application.

CLEAN-UP: Clean up tools and equipment with mineral spirits.
