Flex-Coat(TM) Roof Coating is a specially
formulated UV resistant water-based liquid elastomeric roof
coating that can be applied to metal roofs, asphalt shingles
and R.V. roofs. Flex-Coat
(TM) Roof Coating reflects the sun rays, seals out water
and resists
cracking and stress for years of weatherproof enjoyment.

Coverage
will vary with the texture and porosity of the substrate.
For
use as a roof coating coverage should be 3.78L/32 sq.ft. at
30mil.

WARRANTY
The consumer shall satisfy themselves of the suitability of this product for
the intended purpose. Weather, applicator's skill and surface conditions are
beyond manufacturer's control. We, therefore, limit our liability to replacement
of defective material only, within one year of proof of purchase.

Application

STEP
#1: Remove all dust, dirt, other contaminants and
all rust and loose paint from the surfaces. Scuff, sand
any glossy areas. Rusted areas should be primed with
a rust primer prior to applying FLEX-COAT. Be sure you
have a sound surface before applying. Apply in temperatures
between 5°C (40°F) and 26°C (80°F).
STEP #2: Stir coating for uniform color and stir
frequently during use.
STEP #3: Apply a liberal coat using a brush or
thick nap roller. A second coat should be applied after
24 hours. A third coat may be necessary to achieve a
dry mil thickness of approx. 30 mils.
WISE TIPS
- Apply
between 5C (40F) and 26C (80F) and when no rain is
forecasted for 24 hours.
- DO
NOT DILUTE
- Clean
up with soap and water
- Test
on small area to determine suitability.
